OF THE COUNCIL OF THE C= OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE PERFORMING ARTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received, and
WHEREAS, the Performing Arts Fund has received unanticipated revenue
from presenting an additional program beyond that originally planned,
and
WHEREAS, this revenue has been allocated to offset the costs of this
additional programming and to provide a contingency for other program
opportunities later in the year
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY T9E COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1982 from
unanticipated revenue in the Performing Arts Fund the total sum of TEN
THOUSAND SIXTY-FOUR DOLLARS ($10,064)
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 18th day of May , A D , 1982, and to be presented for final
passage on the 1st day of June A D 1982
