HomeMy WebLinkAbout071 - 06/01/1982 - REPEALING SECTION 33-2 (D) OF THE CITY CODE RELATING TO THE LIQUOR LICENSING AUTHORITY APPEAL PROCED i ORDINANCE NO 71 , 1982 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BEING AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 33-2(D) OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AS IT RELATES TO THE LIQUOR LICENSING AUTHORITY APPEAL PROCEDURE WHEREAS, Section 33-2(D) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes any person in interest to appeal a decision of the Liquor Licensing Authority to the City Council , and WHEREAS, on April 26, 1982, Judge John-David Sullivan ruled that this appeals procedure was contrary to the controlling State law as found in the Colorado Liquor Code NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS 1 That Section 33-2(D) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins, as it relates to a liquor licensing appeal procedure, be, and the same hereby is, repealed 2 That the remaining subsection be, and it hereby is, relettered appropriately Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub- lished this 18th day of May, A D 1982, and to be presented for final passage on the Tst day of June, A D 1982 Mayor ATTEST City Clerk 1982 Passed and adopted on final reading this 1st day of June A D Of(u..'u• 4e-W, ATTEST Assistant May ��� City C 1 erl
