OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS
BETWEEN CAPITAL PROJECTS
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the City Charter authorizes City
Council to transfer appropriated amounts from one project to another
project, and
WHEREAS, there are projects that require budget transfers due to
minor changes in project scope and to properly account for the expenditures
on various projects
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following transfers are authorized
1 From Streets Capital Contingency $ 7,500
To N Lemay Avenue Extension $ 7,500
2 From Streets Minor Capital $ 2,507
To S Lemay-Horsetooth to Harmony 2, 07
3 From Timberline-Prospect to Summitview $ 20,000

4 From Unspecified Drainage $ 8,000
To Ditch Consolidation T 8,000
5 From Streets Minor Capital $ 3,212
To Bridge Inventory Program $��
6 From- Sewer Capital Contingency $ 263,907
To Sludge Di sposal T76-=,
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 1st day of June , A D 1982, and to be presented for
