OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES IN THE
REVENUE SHARING AND COMMUNITY SERVICES FUNDS
WHEREAS, Article V, Sections 8 and 15, of the Charter of the City of
Fort Collins provides that Council may appropriate reserves accumulated in
prior years at any time during the year, and may authorize the transfer of
any unexpended, appropriated amounts from one fund to another, and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to pay Larimer County for administration of
the City' s Human Services Programs, and
WHEREAS , there are prior year reserves available in the Revenue
Sharing Fund to transfer to the Community Services Fund for this purpose
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1982
Section 1 The total sum of THREE THOUSAND NINE-HUNDRED FORTY-ONE
DOLLARS ($3,941) in the Revenue Sharing Fund for transfer to the Community
Services Fund
Section 2 The total sum of THREE THOUSAND NINE-HUNDRED FORTY-ONE
DOLLARS ($3,941) in the Community Services Fund for the purpose of paying
Larimer County for administration of the City' s Human Services Programs
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 20th day of July 1982, and to be presented for final
passage on the 3rd day of August 1982
