OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE
IN COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenues received
at any time during the year, and
WHEREAS, the City has unanticipated revenues available to appropriate,
and
WHEREAS, on September 30, 1980, the City of Fort Collins entered into
an agreement with Larimer County wherein the City agreed to administer
the Larimer County Block Grant program for the County, and
WHEREAS, the City is reimbursed for any money expended with regard to
the County Community Development Block Grant program and receives an
additional 20% to cover the administration of the program, and
WHEREAS , the City wishes to provide for expenses of the Larimer
County Community Development Block Grant Program on this basis
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1981 from
unanticipated revenue in the County Community Development Block Grant
Fund the sum of One Hundred Fifteen Thousand and Fifty Dollars ($115,050),
such sum to be reimbursed by the County
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 17th day of November , A D 1981 , and to be presented for final
passage on the 15th day of December, A D 1981
