OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS
BETWEEN CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR JOHNSON DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes City Council to transfer appropriated amounts from one
project to another project; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to make improvements to Johnson Drive from
College Avenue west to the Burlington Northern Railroad right-of-way;
and
WHEREAS, the cost to the City for these improvements is estimated
to be THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($30,000) ; and
WHEREAS, appropriated funds are available from another completed
capital project for transfer to this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following transfer is authorized:
FROM: Bryan Street Bridge $30,000
TO: Johnson Drive Improvements $30,000
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 4th day of October, A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 18th day of October, A.D. 1983.
