OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING ALL EASEMENTS SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF
SUN DISK VILLAGE, PUD, APPROVED BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD ON FEBRUARY 23, 1981
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate all easements shown the plat of Sun Disk Village, PUD, approved
by the Planning and Zoning Board on February 23, 1981 ; and
WHEREAS, replacement easements have been obtained and recorded on
September 1, 1983; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that all easements shown on the plat of Sun Disk Village, PUD,
approved by the Planning and Zoning Board on February 23, 1981 , and dedi-
cated to the City on February 26 , 1981 , be, and the same hereby are,
vacated, abated and abolished. ,
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 4th day of October, A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 18th day of October, 4A.D. 983. .
