OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITTUF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A PORTION OF COLBOARD DRIVE
IN R.C.D. PLAZA SOUTH P.U.D.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate a portion of Colboard Drive in R.C.D. Plaza South P.U.D. ; and
WHEREAS, this vacation will permit construction of R.C.D. Plaza South
P.U.D. Second Filing; and
WHEREAS , that portion of Colboard Drive is no longer needed nor
desired; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that that certain portion of Colboard Drive in R.C.D. Plaza South
P.U.D. , set out in more particular as follows, to-wit:
A part of Colboard Drive situate in RCD Plaza South
Subdivision , Fort Collins, Colorado, which begins
at the Southwest corner of Lot 4 of RCD Plaza South
Subdivision and run thence N 89055'45" W 50.00 feet;
thence N 00005' W 149.97 feet; thence S 89°55'45" E
65.04 feet; thence along the arc of a 15.00 foot radius
curve to the left a distance of 23.60 feet, the long
chord of which bears S 44°59'38" W 21.24 feet; thence
S 00*05 ' E 134 .93 feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same hereby is, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 4th day of October, A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 18th day of October, A.D. 1983. 7
