OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE F.A.U.S. GRANT FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins will receive Federal Aid Urban
Systems money on a reimbursable basis totalling $176 ,760; and
WHEREAS, such revenue has been designated for construction and instal-
lation of the computerized signal system expansion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditures in 1983-1984
from unanticipated revenue in the F.A.U.S. Grant Fund the total sum of One
Hundred and Seventy-Six Thousand, Seven Hundred and Sixty Dollars ($176,760)
for the computerized signal system expansion.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 20th day of September , A.D. 1983, and to be presented for
final passage on the 4th day of Octob r , A.D. 1983.
