OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE POUDRE FIRE AUTHORITY FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenue from the Mineral
Severance Tax Fund Program totalling Eight Hundred Sixty-One Dollars
($861) ; and
WHEREAS, these funds will be applied towards Poudre Fire Authority' s
purchase of a hydro-carbon/oxygen deficiency detector which is used to
measure the presence of toxic and/or flammable vapors in the atmosphere.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1983 from
unanticipated revenue in the Poudre Fire Authority Fund the sum of Eight
Hundred Sixty-One Dollars ($861) to be applied towards the purchase of a
hydro-carbon/oxygen deficiency detector.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 20th day of September , A.D. , 1983, and to be presented
for final passage on the 4th achy of October , A.D. , 1983.
