OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A PORTION OF THE ACCESS/UTILITY EASEMENT
IN TRACT "F" OF PARK CENTRAL, P.U.D.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate a portion of the access/utility easement located in Tract "F" ,
Park Central P.U.D. , set forth in more particular below; and
WHEREAS, this vacation will permit the construction of a proposed
retail building in Tract "B" of said P.U.D. ; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that that certain portion of the access/utility easement located in
Tract "F" , Park Central P.U.D. , set out in more particular as follows, to
wit:
A portion of Tract F, Park Central , a Planned Unit
Development, Phase II , City of Fort Collins,, Larimer
County, Colorado, being described as follows:
Beginning at Southeast corner of Tract B of said Park
Central PUD , said corner being the ,True Point of
Beginning of this description; thence Westerly along
the Southerly line of said Tract B, South 89°41'40"
West, 149.35 feet; thence Northerly along the Westerly
line of said Tract B, North 00°18' 20" West, 134 .00
feet; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of said
Tract B, South 89041 '40" West, 17 .00 feet; thence
departing said Southerly line, South 00°18'20" East,
140.00 feet; thence North 89041'40" East, 166.35 feet;
thence North 00018'20" West, 6.00 feet to the point of
beginning of this description. The above described
tract contains 3,276 square feet.
be, and the same hereby is, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 20th day of September, A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 4th day of October, 1983.
