OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
FOR NORTH LEMAY REDESIGN
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in whicfl such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenue from the Platte
River Power Authority totalling Sixteen Thousand Three Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($16,350) ; and
WHEREAS, these funds have been allocated for the redesign of North
Lemay Subdivision utility plans and for the redesign of North Lemay to
allow for the placement of Platte River Power Authority transmission lines
and towers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1983 from
unanticipated revenues in the Capital Projects Fund the total sum of
Sixteen Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($16,350) for North Lemay
Redesign.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 6th day of Se teemberr , A.D. , 1983, and to be presented for
final passage on the 20th day of Se tuber A.D. 1983.
