OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A PORTION OF AN ACCESS, PARKING,
UTILITY AND STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENT
IN TRACT C, SOUTH GLEN PUD, 2ND FILING
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate a portion of an access, parking, utility and storm drainage
easement in Tract C, South Glen PUD, 2nd Filing, set forth in more par-
ticular below; and
WHEREAS; this portion of the easement is no longer needed due to a
subsequent platting, namely South Glen PUD, 3rd Filing; and
WHEREAS, South Glen PUD, 3rd Filing has been heard and approved by the
Planning and Zoning Board on July 25, 1983, by a vote of 7-0; and
_ WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that that certain portion of an access, parking, utility and
storm drainage easement located in South Glen PUD, 2nd Filing, set out
more particularly as follows, to wit:
A part of Tract "C", South Glen P.U.D. - Second Filing, Fort
Collins, Colorado, which begins at a point on the Southerly line
of said Tract "C" which bears N 82°15'00" E 157.67 feet and again
N 66000'00" E 85.00 feet from the Southwest corner of said Tract
"C" and run thence N 66' 00'00" E 62.00 feet; thence S 87°00'00"
E 60.00 feet; thence S 76°30'00" E 265.00 feet; thence N 55*03'
00" E 100.33 feet; thence S 01004'00" W 97.00 feet; thence N
76030'00" W 338 .00 feet; thence N 89049' 13" W 126.00 feet
to the point of beginning, containing 0 .2781 acres more or
less.
be, and the same hereby is, vacated, abated and .abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 6th day of September, A.D. , 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 20th day of September, A.D. 1983.4-,
