VACATING ELECTRICAL EASEMENTS DESCRIBED IN
LARIMER COUNTY RECORDS BOOK 1507 PAGE 321
AND BOOK 1518 PAGE 22
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate electrical easements described in Larimer County Records Book
1507 Page 321 and Book 1518 Page 22; and
WHEREAS, on June 25, 1984, the Planning and Zoning Board approved the
Riverside Shopping Center which replatted the area described in Larimer
County Records Book 1507 Page 321 and Book 1518 Page 22; and
WHEREAS, the electrical easements on the original plat have changed
and need to be vacated to accomodate the replat; and
WHEREAS, all utilities have been contacted and have indicated no
problems with the vacations ; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that all electrical easements as described in Larimer County
Records Book 1507 Page 321 and Book 1518 Page 22, be, and the same hereby
are, vacted, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 21st day of August, A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on the 4th day of September, A.D. 1984. /
