ORDINANCE NO. 119, 1984
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9 OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS RELATING
TO DISTRICTS FOR ELECTION OF COUNCIL MEMBERS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That Section 9-9 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows:
"§9-9 Districts for election of Council members .
Pursuant to Section 1 of Article II of the Charter of
the City of Fort Collins , the city is hereby divided
into four (4) districts, from each of which one (1)
Councilmember will be elected at the general city
election to be held on March 5, 1985. Such districts
are designated as District No. 1 , District No. 2,
District No. 3, and District No. 4 and are delineated
on the Council District-Precinct Map dated September
4, 1984, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this
reference made a part hereof."
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 21st day of August, A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on the 4th day of September, A.D. 1984.
