VACATING ALL EASEMENTS ON THE REPLAT OF
FAIRVIEW SHOPPING CENTER, FILING II
(MATADOR APARTMENTS, PHASE IV)
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate easements located on the replat of Fairview Shopping Center,
Filing II (Matador Apartments Phase IV) , set out more particularly below;
and
WHEREAS, on May 30, 1984, the Planning and Zoning Board approved the
replat of the Fairview Shopping Center, Filing II , which replatted the area
known as Matador Apartments, Phase IV; and
WHEREAS, some easements on the original plat have changed and need to
be vacated to accomodate this replat; and
WHEREAS, all affected utilities have been contacted and have indicated
no problems with the requested vacation; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the easements dedicated on the plat of the Fairview Shopping
Center, Filing II , set forth in more particular as follows, to-wit:
All easements in the North 260.00 feet of Matador
Apartments - Phase IV, Fort Collins, Colorado, accord-
ing to the recorded plat thereof filed in the Office of
the Clerk & Recorder of Larimer County.
be, and the same hereby are, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 4th day of �Se te�mber . A.D. 1984, and to be presented for
on final passage the 18th daY of September. A.D. 1984.
