OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE CULTURAL SERVICES AND FACILITIES FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue at any
time during the year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has received grant funds totalling
$1,123.88 from the Colorado Historical Society; and
WHEREAS, such revenue has been designated to be used to purchase steel
shelving for the storage of Museum collection items.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated the sum of ONE - THOUSAND ONE
HUNDRED TWENTY-THREE DOLLARS AND EIGHTY-EIGHT CENTS ($1,123.88) for ex-
penditure in the Cultural Services and Facilities Fund for the purchase of
steel shelving for the storage of Museum collection items.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this .4th day of September, A.D. 1984, and to be presented for
final passage on the 18th day of September, A.D. 1984.
