ORDINANCE NO. 125, 1984
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING PRIOR
YEAR RESERVES IN THE .CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 8, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate prior year reserves at any time
such reserves are available; and
WHEREAS, the City has accepted a grant from the Federal Bridge Reha-
bilitation and Replacement Program totalling $353,600 for the replacement
of the Prospect Street Bridge over Spring Creek ; and
WHEREAS, the remaining City funds required are available from the
Capital Projects Fund prior year reserves.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from prior year
reserves in the Capital Projects Fund the total sum of NINETY-SIX THOUSAND
FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($96,400) for the replacement of the Prospect Street
Bridge over Spring Creek .
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 4th day of September, A.D. 1984, and to be presented for
final passage on the 18th day of Septe�mbeer, A.D. 1984.
