OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATIONS
BETWEEN PROJECTS IN THE DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY FUND FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE
ALLEY BEHIND THE COLLINS HOUSE
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes City Council to transfer appropriated amounts from
one project to another project; and
WHEREAS, on May 3, 1984, the Downtown Development Authority determined
the need for improvement to the south half of the alley east of the Collins
House project; and
WHEREAS, the cost of the improvements will be $7 ,568 as set forth in
the budget:
Construction $7 ,068
Administrative Fee 200
Contingency 300
Total $7 ,568
WHEREAS, appropriated funds for the issuance of Bond Anticipation
Notes are in excess of the total amount needed for the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, that there is hereby authorized for transfer in the Downtown
Development Authority Fund:
FROM: Cost to Issue Bonds $7,568
TO: Collins House Alley Improvements $7,568
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 5th day of June, A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on the 3rd day of July, A.D. 1984.
