OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, the Capital Projects Fund will be receiving $732,000 in
unanticipated revenue from the DDA.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from unantici-
pated revenue in the Capital Projects Fund the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY-
TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($732,000) for Railroad Track Relocation and Mason
Street Construction.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 1st day of May, A.D . 1984 , and to be presented for final
passage on the 15th day of May, A.D. 1984.
