REPEALING PARAGRAPHS H AND 0 OF §112-126
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO REQUIREMENTS FOR FURNISHING
UTILITY SERVICE OUTSIDE THE CITY LIMITS
WHEREAS, in order that §112-126 of the Code of the City may be brought
into compliance with the actual practice and policy of the City, the
Council of the City of Fort Collins has determined that it is in the best
interest of the City that paragraphs H and 0 of said §112-126 of the
City Code be repealed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that paragraphs H and 0 of §112-126 of the Code of the City be,
and they hereby are, repealed and the balance of §112-126 be relettered ac-
cordingly.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading , and ordered
published this 15th day of May, A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on the 5th day of June, A.D. 1984.
