OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A UTILITY EASEMENT BETWEEN
LOTS 18 AND 23 CENTERPOINT PARK
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate a utility easement located between Lots 18 and 23, Centerpoint
Park set forth in more particular below; and
WHEREAS, all utilities have been contacted and indicate no problem
with the vacation; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that that certain utility easement located between Lots 17 and 23,
Centerpoint Park, set out more particularly as follows, to wit:
The West 7.00 feet of Lot 18 and the East 7 .00 feet
of Lot 23, EXCEPT the North 6.00 feet and the South
25.00 feet thereof, Centerpoint Park, Fort Collins,
Colorado.
be, and the same hereby is, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 5th day of June A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on tie rd day o—T A.D. 1984.
