OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATED AMOUNTS
BETWEEN CAPITAL PROJECTS AND FROM THE STREET
OVERSIZING FUND TO THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes City Council to transfer appropriated amounts from one
project to another project and to transfer unexpended, appropriated amounts
from one fund to another; and
WHEREAS, the City' s costs (excluding landscaping) for the Horsetooth
Road Special Improvement District #83 will be $485,500; and
WHEREAS, funds are available from the Horsetooth Road-College to
Shields Special Improvement District #76 Capital Project and from the
Street Oversizing Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS:
Section 1. That the following transfer be authorized:
FROM: Horsetooth Road-College to Shields
Special Improvement District #76 $337 ,800
TO: Horsetooth Road Special Improvement
District #83 $337 ,800
Section 2. That the sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED DOLLARS ($147 ,700) is hereby appropriated for transfer from the
Street Oversizing Fund and appropriated for expenditure in the Capital
Projects Fund for City costs relating to the Horsetooth Road Special
Improvement District #83.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 5th day of June, A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on the 21stday of August, A.D. �1j9.84.
