AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATED
AMOUNTS FROM THE STREET OVERSIZING FUND TO
THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes City Council to transfer any unexpended, appropriated
amounts from one fund to another; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to provide landscaped medians along Horse-
tooth Road as a part of Special Improvement District #83; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the Street Oversizing Fund for pro-
viding landscaped medians along Horsetooth Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the sum of ONE HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($116,000) is
hereby appropriated for transfer from the Street Oversizing Fund to the
Capital Projects Fund and appropriated for expenditure in the Capital
Projects Fund for providing landscaped medians along Horsetooth Road as a
part of Special Improvement District #83.
