OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING PRIOR YEAR RESERVES IN THE
LARIMER COUNTY LIBRARY SERVICES FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 8, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate reserves accumulated in prior
years at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, in 1983, Council adopted Ordinance No. 19, 1983 and Ordinance
No. 93, 1983 to provide bookmobile services to citizens of Larimer County
and library services to inmates at the jail ; and
WHEREAS, appropriations totalling $21 ,265 have lapsed into prior year
reserves; and
WHEREAS, these remaining funds are now required to make payments due
from the fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, that there is hereby appropriated from prior year reserves in the
Larimer County Library Services Fund the sum of TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($21,265) for payment of the fund' s outstanding
liabilities.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 3rd day of July, A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on the 17thday of July A.D. 1984.[�
