OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING PRIOR YEAR RESERVES
IN THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 8, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate reserves accumulated in prior
years at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, in 1983, Council adopted Ordinance No. 146, 1983, appropri-
ating $6,000 for a Senior Transportation Pilot Project; and
WHEREAS, because only $2,101 was spent in 1983, the remaining $3,899
of appropriations has lapsed into reserves; and
WHEREAS, Council wishes to provide for the completion of the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated from prior year reserves in the
General Fund the sum of Three Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars
($3,899) for expenditure in the General Fund to complete the Senior Trans-
portation Pilot Project.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 3rd day of July, A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on the 17th day of July A.D. 1984.
