OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS AND
EXISTING EXPENDITURES FROM THE SEVEN-YEAR CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM ACCOUNT TO THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
AND TERMINATING THE SEVEN-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 67 , 1974 created the Seven-Year Capital
Improvement Program Account which was to be maintained as a separate
special fund; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of this account was to segregate revenue received
from the additional one percent sales and use tax in effect from April 1,
1973 until March 31, 1980; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of this account no longer exists as all revenue
has been received and appropriated to specific projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that total appropriations of NINE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED AND FORTY-TWO DOLLARS ($955,742) and related expenditures in the
Seven-Year Capital Improvement Program Account are hereby authorized for
transfer to the Capital Projects Fund; and the Seven-Year Capital Improve-
ment Program Account is hereby terminated.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 3rd day of July, A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on the 17th day of 7111X A.D. 1984.
