OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE COMMUNICATIONS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, unanticipated revenue in excess of $95,000 has been received
by the Communications Fund from user departments; and
WHEREAS, $40,000 is required to lease new equipment to upgrade the
City's communication system.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED Y B THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from unantici-
pated revenue in the Communications Fund the sum of FORTY THOUSAND DOLLARS
($40,000) to lease equipment for the City's communication system.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 3rd day of July, A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on the 17th day of July A.D. 1984.
