OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CI77—OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, the City has received $23,665.00 in unanticipated revenue
from the Larico Youth Home; and
WHEREAS. such revenue has been designated to rehabilitate the Larico
Youth Home.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated the sum of TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND
SIX HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($23,665) in the Community Development Block
Grant Fund for expenditure for the rehabilitation of the Larico Youth
Home.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 7th day of February , A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on the 21st day of February , A.D. 1984.
