OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A TEMPORARY ACCESS WAY ON
LOT 8, BLOCK 15, LARKBOROUGH SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate a temporary access way located on Lot 8, Block 15 of the Lark-
borough Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, this temporary access way was necessary to provide access for
emergency vehicles during construction; and
WHEREAS, the public street system has been completed and accepted
alleviating the need for this temporary access way; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins wil
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that that certain temporary access way on Lot 8, Block 15, Lark-
borough Subdivision be, and the same hereby is, vacated, abated and
abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 17th day of January, A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on the 7th day of February, A.D. 1984.
