OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS
BETWEEN CAPITAL PROJECTS
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the City Charter authorizes City
Council to transfer appropriated amounts from one project to another
project; and
WHEREAS, the City was awarded a grant in August, 1983 for the replace-
ment of the Linden Street Bridge; and
WHEREAS , the remaining funds in the Linden Street Bridge Repair
Project will no longer be needed for repairs; and
WHEREAS, Council wishes to transfer the remaining Linden Street Bridge
Repair Project funds into the Linden Street Bridge Alignment Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following transfer be authorized:
FROM: Linden Street Bridge Repair $17,359
TO: Linden Street Bridge Alignment $17,359
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 3rd day of January, A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on the 17th day of January, A. 1984.
