ORDINANCE N0. 3 1984
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING HANOVER DRIVE BETWEEN HULL STREET
AND SWALLOW ROAD IN CEDAR VILLAGE 6TH FILING
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate Hanover Drive between Hull Street and Swallow Road in Cedar
Village 6th Filing, set forth in more particular below; and
WHEREAS, Silverplume Estates replatted Cedar Village 6th Filing and a
portion of Cedar Village 5th Filing; and
WHEREAS, Silverplume Estates was approved by the Planning and Zoning
Board on June 29, 1983; and
WHEREAS, the platting of Silverplume Estates deleted Hanover Drive
between Hull Street and Swallow Road; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Hanover Drive between Hull Street and Swallow Road, set forth
more particularly as follows, to wit:
A tract of land located in the NW 1/4 of Section 27, T7N, R69W of
the 6th P.M. of Larimer County, Colorado, being more particularly
described as follows:
Considering the south line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 27 as
bearing N 89033' 18" W and with all bearings contained herein
relative thereto: Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said
Section 27 ; thence along the said south line, S 89°33' 18" E
1320.15 feet to the centerwest 1/16 corner of said Section 27,
said point being the southwest corner of Cedar Village, Sixth
Filing, a subdivision on file with Larimer County Clerk and
Recorder in Book 2038, Page 935; thence along the west line of
said Cedar Village, Sixth Filing, said line also being the west
line of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 27, N 00000'29"
W 1305.57 feet to the southwest corner of Cedar Village, Fourth
Filing, a subdivision on record with the Larimer County Clerk and
Recorder in Book 1905, Page 545; thence, along the north line of
said Cedar Village, Sixth Filing, said line also being the south
line of said Cedar Village, Fourth Filing, S 89°40'00" E 610.30
feet to the west right-of-way line of Hanover Drive; thence,
along said right-of-way line, S 00°00'00" W 40.35 feet to the
south right-of-way line, extended, of Hull Street, said point
being the True Point of Beginning.
