OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CI7Y-6F FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE FROM A NEW REVENUE SOURCE
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue from a new
revenue source at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, the fee charged users of the computers at the Library is a
new revenue source; and
WHEREAS, the cost of the lease-purchase payments for the computers
will be $4,591.35 in 1984; and
WHEREAS, Council wishes to provide for the lease-purchase payments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated from unanticipated revenue the
sum of FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-ONE AND 35/100 DOLLARS ($4,591 .35)
for expenditure for lease-purchase payments for computers at the Library.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 3rd day of January, A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on the 17th day of January, 1984.
