OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY-OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue at any
time during the year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins will receive grant funds totalling
$37,300 from the Colorado Division of Highway Safety; and
WHEREAS, such revenue has been designated to be used to support the
Fort Collins Drunk Driving Enforcement Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated the sum of THIRTY-SEVEN THOUSAND
THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($37,300) for expenditure in the General Fund for the
Fort Collins Drunk Driving Enforcement Program.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 21st day of Feb. A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on tFe-20th day of March D. 1984.
