OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY—OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
BOND PROCEEDS IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue at any
time during the budget year; and
WHEREAS, the Council has established the Fairbrooke Special Improve-
ment District No. 79; and
WHEREAS, the Council has approved the issuance of Special Assessment
Bonds for said District in the principal amount of $1,280,000 which bonds
have been issued and sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated from unanticipated bond proceeds
in the Capital Projects Fund the total sum of NINE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($950,000) for acquisition of authorized public improvements of the
Fairbrooke Special Improvement District No. 79 and associated costs of
issuance and administration of the District.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 21st day of Feb. A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on the 20th day of March 1984.
