OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING CHAPTER 29 OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE, AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES
THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE FORT COLLINS-LOVELAND
WATER DISTRICT PUMP STATION ANNEXATION TO THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows:
Section 1 . That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 29 of the
Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and
amended by including the property known as the Fort Collins-Loveland Water
District Pump Station Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in
the R-F Foothills Residential District:
A tract of land located in the Southeast quarter of Section 17,
Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. , Larimer County,
Colorado, which considering the east line of the said southeast
quarter of Section 17 as bearing N 00°16'51" E and with all
bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained within
the boundary lines which begin at the southeast corner of said
Section 17, the true point beginning, and runs thence S 85°15'48"
W 30.12 feet along the south line of said Section 17; thence
N 00°16'51" E 1987.93 feet along the west ROW line of Overland
Trail ; thence S 85°06'46"W 120.08 feet; thence N 00°16'51" E
50.00 feet; thence N 85006'46" E 120.08 feet; thence N 00°16'51"
E 186. 10 feet; thence N 85°06'46" E 30. 12 feet to a point on the
east line of said Section 17; thence S 00916'51" W 2224. 11 feet
to the point of beginning. Containing 1.6690 acres.
Section 2. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
