ORDINANCE N0. 51 , 1983
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY—OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND EASEMENTS LOCATED
SOUTH OF SWALLOW ROAD IN SILVERPLUME P.U.D.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate rights-of-way and easements located south of Swallow Road in
Silverplume P.U.D. set forth in more particular below; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that those certain rights-of-way and easements located south of
Swallow Road in Silverplume P.U.D. as recorded in the original P.U.D. Plat
found in Larimer County Records Book #1987 , Page #109, be, and the same
hereby are, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 19th day of April , A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 3rd day of May, A.D. 1983.
