OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ON
LOTS 2 AND 3 MANNING FIRST SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate a utility easement located on Lots 2 and 3, Manning First Sub-
division set forth in more particular below; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that that certain utility easement located on Lots 2 and 3, Manning
First Subdivision, set out more particularly as follows, to wit:
Considering the North line of said Manning' s First
Subdivision as bearing S 89°32 '30" E, and with all
bearings contained herein relative thereto; COMMENCING
at the northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence, along
the North line of said Lot 2, N 89°32'30" W, 299.84
feet more or less to a point which is 6.00 feet, as
measured perpendicularly, East of the lot line common
between said Lots 2 and 3; thence, along a line 6.00
feet, as measured perpendicularly, East of and parallel
to the lot line common between said Lots 2 and 3 South,
10 .00 feet more or less to a point which is 10 .00
feet, as measured perpendicularly, Southerly of the
North line of said Manning' s First Subdivision and the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along the
aforesaid parallel line South, 165.00 feet more or less
to a point which is 10.00 feet, as measured perpendicu-
larly, Northerly of the South line of said Manning' s
First Subdivision; thence along a line 10.00 feet, as
measured perpendicularly, Northerly of and parallel to
the South line of said Manning' s First Subdivision, N
89032130" W, 12.00 feet more or less to a point which
is 6.00 feet, as measured perpendicularly, West of the
lot line common between said Lots 2 and 3; thence along
a line 6.00 feet, as measured perpendicularly, West of
and parallel to the lot line common between said Lots 2
and 3, North, 165.00 feet more or less to a point which
is 10.00 feet, as measured perpendicularly, Southerly
of the North line of said Manning' s First Subdivision;
thence along a line 10.00 feet, as measured perpendicu-
larly, Southerly of and parallel to the North Line of
said Manning' s First Subdivision S 89°32 '30" E 12 .00
feet more or less to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
be and the same hereby is, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 19th day of April , A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 3rd day of May, A.D. 1983.
