OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 112-66(A)
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO PAYMENT IN-LIEU-OF WATER RIGHTS
AND DECREASING THE' AMOUNT OF SAID PAYMENT
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Fort Collins that Section
112-66(A) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby
is, amended by deleting therefrom the words and figures "One Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00)" and by substituting therefor the words
and figures "One Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($1,300.00) ."
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 7th day of June, A.D. j9j,3, and to be presented for final
passage on the 21st day of June, A. 19V.
