OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING
UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE F.A.U.S. GRANT FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, the City has received approval to use Federal Aid to Urban
Systems funds totalling $25,000 for the Traffic Signal Control System
alternative communication analysis.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1983 from
unanticipated revenue in the F.A.U.S. Grant Fund the total sum of TWENTY-
FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000) for the Traffic Signal Control System
alternative communication analysis.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 7th day of June, A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 21st day of June A.D. 1983 .
