OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CI�T1—OF FORT COLLINS
BEING• AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE CULTURAL SERVICES & FACILITIES FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received: and
WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenue from the Colorado
Historical Society totalling ONE THOUSAND AND FIFTEEN DOLLARS ($1,015) ;
and
WHEREAS, this money has been allocated for the purpose of conservation
of the oldest existing flag in Larimer County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1983 from
unanticipated revenue in the Cultural Services and Facilities Fund the
total sum of ONE THOUSAND AND FIFTEEN DOLLARS ($1,015) for preservation of
the oldest existing flag in Larimer County.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 17th day of May, A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 7th day of June, A.D. �Q
