OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS
BETWEEN CAPITAL PROJECTS
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes City Council to transfer appropriated amounts from one
project to another project; and
WHEREAS, the Linden Street Bridge requires repairs for safety and
prevention of further deterioration; and
WHEREAS, appropriated funds to cover these expenses are available for
transfer from unexpended balances in two completed projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following transfer is authorized:
FROM: Drake-Shields Intersection $ 10,500
Railroad Grade Separation 7,000
TO: Linden Street Bridge $ 17,500
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 17th day of M�a �,' A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 7th day of June A.D. 1983.
