OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CTTY-OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING PRIOR YEAR
RESERVES IN VARIOUS FUNDS FOR IMPLEMENTATION
OF THE 1983 EMPLOYEES PAY PLAN
WHEREAS, Article V. Section 8, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate prior year reserves at any time
such reserves are available; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 61 , 1983 authorizes the implementation
of the 1983 Employees Pay Plan;and
WHEREAS, prior year reserves are available in those Funds requiring — ~
. additional appropriations for their share of the 1983 Pay Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the sum of NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINETY-THREE
DOLLARS ($999,093) is hereby appropriated as follows:
General Fund $686,792
Warehouse Fund 6,365
Transportation Serv. 58,917
Light & Power Fund 121,300
Water Fund 52,952
Sewer Fund - 61,031
Storm Drainage 11 ,736
TOTAL $999,093
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 3rd day of May A.D. , 1983, and to be presented for
final passage on the 17th day of MAY_- A.D. 1983.
