ORDINANCE NO. 93 , 1983
OF THE COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE LARTMER COUNTY LIBRARY SERVICES FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is, received; and
WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenue from Larimer
County totalling Twenty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-Eight ($25,578) ;
and
WHEREAS, -this money has been allocated to provide library services to
inmates at the Larimer County jail .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1983 from
unanticipated revenue in the Larimer County Library Services Fund the total
sum of TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT DOLLARS ($25,578) .
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 5th day of Jtyly , A.D. 1983 , and to be presented for final
passage on the 19th day of July , A.D. 1983.
