OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, the Downtown Development Authority has received a grant from
Employment Training Service for $21,280; and
WHEREAS, the Authority will receive revenues for services it has
provided to others; and
WHEREAS, unforeseen legal and staff expenses necessitate expenditure
of these funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED. BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure by the Downtown
Development Authority the sum of Twenty-Five Thousand, Four Hundred Thirty-
Four Dollars ($25,434) to be used for legal , staff and contingency expenses.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 5th day of July, A. D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 19th day of July, A.4D. 3.
