ORDINANCE NO. 87 , 1983
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY LOCATED IN
BLOCK 4 OF THE RIVERSIDE PARK SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been requested
to vacate a portion of an alley located in Block 4 of the Riverside Sub-
division as set forth more particularly below; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way"be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the south eighty-five feet (85' ) of the alley located in Block
4 of the Riverside Subdivision as shown on the original subdivision plat
recorded in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Larimer County be,
and the same hereby is, vacated, abated and abolished.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the City of Fort Collins shall reserve an
easement for maintance of and improvements to public utilities.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 5th day of Jul y, A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 19th day of dui_, A.D. 1983.
