OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS
BETWEEN CAPITAL PROJECTS
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the City Charter authorizes City
Council to transfer appropriated amounts from one project to another
project; and
WHEREAS, a frontage road is to be constructed in front of Reynolds
Olds/Cadillac and a new Red Lobster restaurant; and
WHEREAS, landscaping will be necessary for the median created by
construction of the frontage road; and
WHEREAS, funds are needed for the landscaping costs; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in. Streets Minor Capital for transfer to
this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following transfer be authorized:
FROM: Streets Minor Capital $11 ,000
TO: Red Lobster/Reynolds Median
Landscaping $11 ,000
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 21st day of June, A.D. , 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 5th day of July, A. qaa
