OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING PRIOR YEAR RESERVES
IN THE SEVEN YEAR CAPITAL FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 8, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate reserves accumulated in prior
years at any time during the year, and
WHEREAS, the City has received an Urban Mass Transportation Adminis-
tration grant which requires City matching funds, and
WHEREAS, there are prior year reserves available in the Seven Year
Capital Program for these matching funds
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1981 from
prior year reserves in the Seven Year Capital Fund, the total sum of
TWENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY-THREE DOLLARS (E28,823 00) for
the purpose of transferring funds to the Transfort Fund for the City's
match for the UMTA Grant
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 3rd day of February�, A D 1981, and to be presented for
final passage on the 17th aya of Febru A D 1981
