ORDINANCE NO 11 , 1981
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUES IN THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenues at any
time during the year in which such revenues are received, and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Block Grant Program provides loans
to qualified home-owners for housing rehabilitation, and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Block Grant Program has program
income from the repayment of these loans
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1981 from
unanticipated revenues in the Community Development Block Grant Fund, the
sum of FIFTY-NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE DOLLARS (E59,685 00) for
the purpose of providing housing rehabilitation loans
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 3rd day of Mary , A D 1981, and to be presented for
final passage on the j= day of D 1981.
