OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CI7P OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE
PARKWOOD EAST SECOND FILING
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate the easterly
10 feet of Lots 156, 157, and 158 of Parkwood East and the westerly 10 feet
of Tract "B" of Parkwood East Second Filing, and
WHEREAS, said utility easement is not needed by the City of Fort
Collins, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of
Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of
said utility easement
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, that the following described utility easement, to-wit
Begin at a point on the West line of Tract B of Park-
wood East Second Filing which bears N 00' 35' 40" E
10 00 feet from the Southwest corner of said Tract B,
and run thence N 89" 24' 20" W 10 00 feet, thence N 00"
35' 40" E 151 52 feet, thence N 200 17 ' W 102 52 feet,
thence N 570 30 ' E 20 46 feet, thence S 200 17 ' E
110 54 feet, thence S 000 35' 40" W 155 11 feet, thence
N 89" 56' 15" W 10 00 feet to the point of beginning
be, and the same hereby is, abated, vacated and abolished
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 17th day of February_. A D 19 1, and to be presented for final
passage on tT 3rd day of March 1981
